Geordie Shore returns in a months time, and we just can't wait for the drama to explode back onto our screens.
Last season left us with a heartbroken Charlotte, a confused Gaz, and a single Vicki and Ricci. Although the cast are heading in a new direction (towards Australia, infact), we're still all wondering what season 6 is going to bring, and how our favourite Geordies are ever going to recover.
Here, we take a look at why we just can't wait for it to burst back into our lives, and what we hope we'll see in the new series.
The Gaz and Charlotte saga
Of course, it's always going to be a major talking point when it comes to Geordie Shore, but it's top of the agenda with us.
We saw from last season (and the season before that, and the season before that) that Charlotte's feelings towards Gaz gush like a waterfall, but, heartbreakingly, it's not reciprocated. While Gaz's feelings resembled more of a dripping tap in comparison, our hope is still strong that the Australian air will make him realise the error of his ways, and he'll subsequently sweep her off her feet. It could happen, couldn't it?
Vicky's new found independence
Last season saw the end of Vicky and Ricci- sad, i know. But this season, we're intrigued to see what single Vicky is going to be like. In between filming the seasons, she had the adequate moping time needed to recover from a break-up, and then jetted off to Australia. We want to know how she coped in Sydney, and whether she'll be like the single season 1 Vicky we know and love.
Holly and James
Will those two ever be friends? We last saw James apologise to Holly, but will she ever actually forgive him for blanking her for 99% of season 5? James said his icy exterior stemmed from his girlfriend Kate, after she admitted she felt uncomfortable with him being around Holly, but after a Holly/Kate reunion, James still didn't apologise!
We want to know how the two will fare on the other side of the world, especially now Holly's sporting a purple barnet.
Jay's Return
You might remember Jay and his perfectly plucked eyebrows from early seasons of Geordie Shore, but he's set to make his big comeback in Sydney. Jay left the show in a tearful episode in Cancun, circa season three. Since leaving, he's bagged a tanning line, and a video blog, but now feels as though its time to return to bigger and better things.
There's no doubt he'll be accepted with open arms, but we want to witness it with our own eyes.
Ricci and Dan's departure
How have the dynamics of the house changed? Is there a gaping Dan and Ricci shaped hole that just can't be filled by Jay's muscles?
Sure, Ricci made an impression on the house as soon as he entered, but it was harder for Dan who didn't get off on the right foot initally. But, we like to think that they all grew to love each other, and it's sad that they've left.
We would have liked to see Dan be hit by a couple more ham sandwiches though, the definite highlight of last season!
Charlotte in general
She's known for her drunken (and sober) antics, but will she keep them up in Oz? Last season we saw her pee in the sink amongst other things, but has her newly died hair toned her down. Will brunette Charlotte be a mere shadow of her former blonde self?
We doubt it, but we still want to know how she'll cope without scramble and egg to keep her sane.
Geordie Shore will premiere on MTV on July 9th at 10pm.
