Paul Danan has appealed for help because his ADHD is "through the roof at the minute".
The former 'Hollyoaks' actor admitted he "really needs help" to deal with his attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and took to Twitter to tell people what he is going through so he could "take the power out of it".
Paul wrote: "My ADHD is through the Roof at the minute! I really do need some help with it, things are getting really tough again. Im sorry just had to air that to take the power out of it.

The 41-year-old star portrayed Sol Patrick on the Channel 4 soap from 1997 to 2001, and he has previously backed Twitter campaigns calling for him to reprise his role, with some fans hoping he might return for the programme's 25th anniversary celebrations later this year.
He previously retweeted a post from the page, which read: "Paul Danan as Sol would make a great addition... #BringBackSol (sic)"
And he once retweeted a message from the same Twitter account, entitled Official Paul Danan Fan Page, which read: "Thank you to everyone supporting #BringBackSol keep up the good work. He would make an amazing addition to an already great show #Hollyoaks #BringBackSol (sic)"
In response to one fan who said they "need" him back on the soap, he replied: "Much appreciated Xxx (sic)"
The former 'Celebrity Big Brother' contestant recently tweeted: "#BringBackSol #Hollyoaks @Channel4 Who's with me!??? Xxx (sic)"
Paul has admitted in the past he would love to reprise his role as Sol and "cause havoc" in the famous village once again.
He exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I'd love to go back to 'Hollyoaks'. If I came back it'd be awesome because I'd have a bit of a tan and would cause havoc with the Osbornes again.
"I'd love to see it, I loved the character. Fingers crossed."
Paul has recently been treading the boards in Michael Head plays 'Worth a Flutter' and 'Time'.
