Andrea McLean is "trying not to think" about her final appearance on 'Loose Women'.
The 51-year-old presenter is set to leave the ITV programme on Wednesday (16.12.20), and she's already predicting she'll be overcome with emotion during her final show.
After watching a series of throwback clips, Andrea admitted: "I'm laughing because I'm trying not to think about it."
Asked how she feels about the clips, the presenter replied: "About leaving on a Wednesday? I'm making jokes because I'm trying not to think about leaving."
Fellow 'Loose Women' star Ruth Langsford has promised to ensure Andrea is given the send-off she really "deserves".
Ruth said: "On tomorrow's show we say farewell to a Loose legend, after 13 years, over 1,400 shows and uncountable memories."
Andrea announced her intention to quit 'Loose Women' last month, revealing the coronavirus pandemic has changed her outlook on her career and life more broadly.
She previously said: "Last year I had a nervous breakdown. What I felt is that this year, collectively, the world has had a breakdown.
"It made me stop and think, 'What do I actually want?' You get one life, are you living it the way that you want?
"Are you doing everything that you want to do? Are you being brave? Are you taking chances? And I realised, no."
Andrea - who joined the long-running show back in 2007 - previously spoke about the breakdown she suffered while filming 'Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins' in 2019.
Speaking to her co-presenters, she explained: "Some really traumatic things that have happened to me in my life ... I had put them in a box.
"When I did 'SAS' the box opened and I couldn't get everything back in again. That's what I was dealing with."
