It was back in 2001 when The Fast and the Furious hit the big screen for the first time as Vin Diesel teamed up with Paul Walker.
Over the last twelve years five more movies have followed and the franchise has gone from strength to strength - particularly in the last couple of years.
2 Fast 3 Furious, The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift, Fast & Furious, Fast Five have followed; the latter went on to be the most successful instalment.
This summer saw Fast & Furious 6 hit the big screen and a seventh instalment is set to begin filming later this year.
