Paramount Pictures’ The Lost City has recently released into cinemas, and is set to be one of the funniest movies of the year. Many behind-the-scenes clips have been released, detailing certain scenes and shots from the film; the most recent one lets audiences know which cast members curses the most.
Many behind-the-scenes clips, or featurettes, have been released in the run-up to the cinematic debut of The Lost City, which stars Sandra Bullock (Bird Box) and Channing Tatum (Magic Mike) and Daniel Radcliffe (Guns Akimbo).
These featurettes included discussions about Bullock’s character’s outfit, the impressive one-shot wheelbarrow scene, and a time in the feature where Tatum, covered in leeches, went full frontal.
The Lost City follows reclusive and stressed writer, Loretta Sage (Bullock), who has been essentially forced into doing a book tour wearing a sparkly jumpsuit she more or less despises.
Little does Loretta know, Beth (Da'Vine Joy Randolph), her manager, has arranged for Alan (Tatum) to tag along for the tour.
Loretta isn’t all too keen on Alan, her cover model who portrays Dash on the front of her books, as he does steal focus from her at almost every opportunity (although not always his fault).
However, when Loretta is kidnapped by one of the Fairfax brothers, Abigail (Radcliffe), Alan wants nothing more than to prove to the shut-off author that he can be more than a pretty face, that he can be a hero just like Dash.
The movie then follows Loretta and Alan on their quest to get back home, but Fairfax, who wants Loretta to take him to the Lost City from her latest book, won’t stop hunting them until he gets what he wants; the treasure within the ancient City.
The newest behind-the-scenes clip from The Lost City reveals that, among the three main cast members, Radcliffe was the one with the biggest potty-mouth on set – who'd have thought it?
Bullock explains that Radcliffe was somewhat “eloquent” with his cursing, causing her to rather enjoy his humorous exclamations.
Radcliffe explains that he “grew up on film sets”, which got him used to swearing on set pretty early on, which Tatum found very funny.
The Lost City is in cinemas now!
