Dawn of the Planet of the Apes is one of the summer movies that I cannot wait to see, and the first TV spot for the film has been released.
Rise of the Planet of the Apes was one of the surprises of 2011, and now Matt Reeves is continuing the story in the sequel.
This is the first directorial outing for Reeves since Let Me In, as he takes over the helm from Rupert Wyatt.
20th Century Fox has released this chilling new TV spot, and we have it for you to take a look at:
Andy Serkis' motion capture work as Caesar was the highlight of the first film, and I cannot wait to see him develop this character further.
He is the only main cast member of the first film to return, as he is joined by Gary Oldman, Keri Russell, Jason Clarke and Toby Kebbell.
A growing nation of genetically evolved apes led by Caesar is threatened by a band of human survivors of the devastating virus unleashed a decade earlier.
They reach a fragile peace, but it proves short-lived, as both sides are brought to the brink of a war that will determine who will emerge as Earth’s dominant species.
Dawn of the Planet of the Apes is released 17th July.
