Tracy (Kate Ford) is frustrated as cunning David (Jack P Shepherd) tells her to face facts; they both know his story is a complete bag of lies. She tries to persuade David to testify but he is adamant he will not. She is desperate for him to change his mind and offers David more cash but he won’t budge. He later calls her and says he will testify but she will have to make it worth his while. Sensing her desperation David has been struck by an evil idea. He tells Tracy (Kate Ford) he wants her to be 'good' to him. Tracy is initially disgusted and tells him she would rather go to jail than go near him, but David is resolute. Will Tracy cave in?In the Rovers Steve (Simon Gregson) is jealous that Sonny is coming in to see Michelle (Kym Ryder) as he tells her he thinks Sonny (Pal Aron) is a married man. Michelle can't help but look for a telltale signs of a wedding ring, which irritates her.

And in Underworld, Hayley (Julie Hesmondhalgh) keeps trying to call Becky (Katherine Kelly) but she won’t answer her phone.

Hayley then begs Carla (Alison King) for Becky to have her job back but Carla thinks she is bad news and says no.
