Louisa Johnson says 'The X Factor' has brought her parents closer.
Although Louisa's father Dave Johnson and mother Lisa Hawkyard split when she was just three years old, the 17-year-old singing sensation says that her parents have bonded more as they supported her while she was taking part in the ITV talent show -which she won on Sunday (13.12.15).
Louisa told the Daily Mirror: "It's been hard for my family but it has brought us closer.
"My mum and dad aren't together but it's brought them closer together too.
"It's like a nice family unit. They know what is best for me and I listen to them. It's all working out well."
Meanwhile, Louisa has previously insisted that she won't become a diva despite being crowned the winner of the 'X Factor' because her family won't let her.
She said: "I don't really think I'll get like that [change because of fame]. I think it's a bit embarrassing. I don't want to get like that because I'm not that sort of person.
"And my family support me so much and they're always pushing me ... [They'll] definitely keep me grounded."
Louisa, who was the favourite to win since the beginning, is set to rake in at least £6 million over the next 12 months.
