Scott Mills has left Strictly Come Dancing after a dance-off against Alison Hammond.
Tweeting following the decision he said: "Strictly has been the best experience and I've just had such an amazing time.
"I'm so pleased I took part and I hope people enjoyed watching me try really hard in being as good as I could be.
"I've met some great people and made lots of new friends. I will miss them all. [sic]"
The pairs both performed their November 1 routines, with Scott and professional dance partner Joanne dancing the Foxtrot to The Addams Family Theme Tune.
Bruno Tonioli, Darcey Bussell and Craig Revel Horwood all opted to save Alison, but head judge Len Goodman was not in agreement.
He explained: "Had it been left to me, I thought they were both so much fun.
"They were both dancing the foxtrot so I went for the section which was the foxtrot and in that case, it would have been Scott that I would have saved."
Scott also praised his dance partner after his elimination, saying: "We've become friends so it's really sweet. It doesn't really end for me here because I'll still see her."
