'Made in Chelsea' star Stevie Johnson says he has chosen true love over appearing on the show.
The 26-year-old reality TV star revealed that his limited presence on MIC is because his girlfriend Cressida Stewart turned down TV bosses who were "very keen" for her to join the cast he insisted it's Ok because his "relationship comes ahead" of getting story-lines.
He told BANG Showbiz: "It's just one of those things where the show has been very keen for her to do it and she's never ruled it out but we're in a really good place right now and she wants to focus on her career. I don't want to push her to do that sort of thing and my relationship comes ahead of Made In Chelsea right now.
However Stevie admitted that new episodes being filmed in LA for the popular series are "great" and he'll be tuning in from from his home in Chelsea .
He said: "I'm not in LA unfortunately, I won't be there at all. Having watched the 'next time' bit it looks great so I'm very much looking forward to watching it but I just think, not everyone could go and my role in this series has been quite limited.
He went on: "But it's good as well, because I am at a stage where I'm 26 now so I need to start taking things a little bit more seriously. There are a few projects that I've been working on that I really want to get off the ground this summer."
Stevie was with Cressida sipping Sour cocktails at the Golden Bee in Shoreditch for the Disaronno Terrace London Launch party, and said that his life has changed since meeting his girlfriend.
