The 'Harry Potter' star has said if he had to choose any of the reality TV shows to go on it would be the BBC One dancing competition because his "mum and dad would be proud", but he won't be picking up his dancing shoes anytime soon, as he said "it's not an option".

He revealed: "I guess 'Strictly', because at least my mum and dad would be proud. But it's not an option!"

Meanwhile, Daniel, 26, admitted he is a big fan of Channel 4's 'Come Dine With Me' because of the "voiceover guy" Dave Lamb, but he thinks other countries versions of the cooking challenge show "just aren't as good".

He told RadioTimes: "I watch a lot of it. It's all down to the voiceover guy, Dave Lamb. Other versions in different countries just aren't as good."

The 'Woman in Black' star also shared how he goes about picking acting jobs and said it all comes down to which one will make him "most happy" and the ones you "feel passionate about" because there is no way of telling "if a film is going to be succesful" and he added that he has "no grand career plan".

He explained: "I choose scripts by asking: what is the experience that is going to make me most happy? I'm very lucky, but there's no grand career plan.

"Outside of Harry Potter or The Hunger Games, those kind of films that have a built-in fan base, it's impossible to know if a film is going to be successful."

"So you just have to pick those you feel passionate about."
