'Britain's Got Talent' finalists Paddy Jones and Nico Espinosa have had a massive argument just a few days before the competition closes with its grand finale.
The salsa dancing granny and her Spanish dance partner are favourites to win the latest series of the ITV talent show after wowing the judges with their daring routines, but their performance on Saturday night is now under threat as their friendship has hit the rocks.
Paddy, 79, and Nico are reportedly at odds over an offer to perform on a cruise ship tour when the show ends. Nico is eager to cash in on their newfound fame, but elderly Paddy - who has only just overcome an injury that threatened the pair's place in the competition - isn't interested in the gruelling schedule.
A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "This disagreement has come at the worst possible time for the two of them. While Nico wants to capitalise on the pair's success, Paddy understandably wants to take a break as she's nearly 80. The offer on the table was very enticing but for Paddy it's completely out of the question. Nico isn't happy."
It appears the disagreement isn't the first for Paddy and Nico, who have competed in various dance competitions and reality shows across Europe.
The dancers fell out in 2011 when Paddy decided to visit her family in the UK while they competed on Argentine show, 'Showmatch'.
A 'BGT' source said: "They've put any decisions about their future on hold as they want to focus on the final."
