The X-Factor’s final twelve are still to be named, butt Sky Bet has opened up early betting on this year’s winner. The bookmaker has installed Rachel Hylton as the early 5/1 favourite to win the show after she wowed Simon Cowell with a rendition of Amy Winehouse’s “No Good”.

Helen Jacob, Sky Bet’s entertainment manager, said: “Simon Cowell said months ago that he was hoping to find the next Amy Winehouse on this year’s X Factor and former bad girl Rachel fits the bill perfectly.”

Alexandra Burke, who just missed out on making the finals in 2005, is co second favourite at 6/1, together with baby-faced Derry schoolboy, Eoghan Quigg, and 21 year-old Laura White.
