Vogue Williams is "better at sports" then her ex-husband Brian McFadden.
The 31-year-old model and television personality is currently gearing up to take part in winter sports reality show 'The Jump' but won't be asking her ex for advice after he competed on the show in 2016.
She said: "Did I ask Brian for tips? No because I'm better at sports at him so I wouldn't get any tips off him."
And Vogue believes the one to beat is 'Made in Chelsea's Spencer Matthews and is impressed with the quality of this year's contestants.
She added: "He's the best so far, he's the one to beat to win. Everyone is weirdly good in this group which I wasn't expecting because I was here last year and they just weren't that good.
"I was really hoping for the same type of crowd but now everyone is brilliant and really competitive so it's definitely going to be hard to win."
However, Vogue is less than impressed with Olympic champion Sir Bradley Wiggins' skill on the slopes.
Speaking to Breakfast Republic on 2FM, she shared: "He's not great, the other day in snowcross, he was raging at me. The whole point is to push each other over. So I pushed him over cos he was in front of me and he was raging but it's the name of the game."
Meanwhile, the blonde beauty previously admitted she is in a better place now following her split from Brian in 2015.
She said: "When things ended with Brian it was hard getting my drive back. My head was all over the place but I'm in a really good place at the moment.
"I look for three things in a man, humour, kindness and honesty. It's about honesty mainly, because I've had things in the past that have been perfect but then dishonesty was an issue."
