Stacey Dooley feels "mortified" by her performance on 'The Great Celebrity Bake Off'.
The 34-year-old TV presenter initially jumped at the chance to star on the show, in support of Stand Up to Cancer, but she admits it was ultimately a "calamity" for her.
Stacey said: "It's one of those things when you say, 'This is for charity, I'd love to do it - thank you ever so much for thinking of me.'
"The minute I walked into that tent ... I won't give too much away, but you know you do your sort of conclusion interview at the end and the producer sort of looked at me and he went, 'Stacey, I'm not going to insult your intelligence and ask how well do you think you've done...' "
Stacey feels embarrassed by her baking skills and jokingly suggested she'd love it if Channel 4 lost the video tapes.
She told 'This Morning': "The whole of the UK were baking [during lockdown] except me, clearly - it's just one calamity after another. It's just ... I'm mortified. I was hoping that by some miracle, when we were going to lose the rushes..."
Stacey recently moved into a new property with Kevin Clifton, her boyfriend and former 'Strictly Come Dancing' partner, and she now feels like she's "living the high life".
She said: "I love it. I feel like a proper grown up. I've always had flats. I've always wanted my own front door and I've never had a garden, so now I really do feel like I'm living the high life."
Stacey also appreciates being able to spend quality time with Kevin, 38, amid the lockdown.
She said: "I feel so lucky to have him. I'm so mindful that some people have had to do lockdown alone and I can't imagine how lonely that must be."
