Stacey Dooley has urged this year's 'Strictly Come Dancing' contents to "fake it 'til you make it".
The documentary maker won the show alongside her now-boyfriend Kevin Clifton in 2018 and she has been offering advice for this year's celebrities, insisting she made lots of mistakes last year.
Appearing on the 'Blockbusters' reboot, hosted by comedian Dara O'Briain, she said: "I can't tell you how many times I went wrong on the actual night and I'd just be like 'Fake it til you make it.'"
Stacey preferred the ballroom routines to the Latin ones, something that really took her by surprise.
She added: "I initially thought that I'd be mad keen on the Latin and less keen on the Ballroom and it was quite the opposite."
Demonstrating a move to host Dara, Stacey shared: "I got really into the graceful frame."
Stacey's mistakes didn't stop her winning the show, though, and she is now in a relationship with Kevin. The pair struck up a romance on the show after Stacey split with ex-boyfriend Sam Tucknott, 31.
Kevin had previously revealed why he thinks the public voted for the pair to win the show.
He believes that the public felt sympathy for him as he had been in the final four times without ever winning.
He told 'The Disruptive Entertainer Podcast': "And with me, it was probably a bit of a sympathy vote that went with it. I had been runner-up four times so there were people probably thinking I really like her, she's really hard working, she's doing a good job and she's dancing with him, give him it, let him win."
Speaking about what it takes to win, he said: "It's about relating to someone, I think people relate to Stacey, she's a normal girl."
