Kevin Clifton believes Stacey Dooley is "an amazing role model" for their daughter.

The former 'Strictly Come Dancing' star thinks the 36-year-old TV star has set a great example for their five-month-old daughter Minnie.
The 40-year-old dancer told Metro.co.uk: "First of all, just having Stacey as her mum - I think Stacey is an amazing role model for our little girl and I hope that she’s just like Stacey as she grows up."
Kevin learned about other inspirational women in his family while filming 'Who Do You Think You Are', the BBC celebrity genealogy series.
The dancer is now keen for his daughter to learn about their family history.
He explained: "Having these role models for Minnie is an amazing thing to have. I can’t wait for her to grow up a little bit and hear the stories herself. It was generations of men not acting that great and the women having to put up with it, but just showing such toughness and resilience.
"They were really amazing women and I’m glad that we got to – selfishly – that I got to find out about it all, but also that we got to tell the story of it, so that their stories got told, so it all doesn’t just die with the men that were in control of the situation.
Kevin believes that his ancestors have set a great example that his daughter can follow in future years.
The dancer - who started dating Stacey in 2019 - said: "We can point to these women and go, ‘Look what they had to endure. Look how they got through it.'"
