The Olympic swimmer welcomed son Albie into the world on Thursday (04.03.21), her first child with boyfriend Andrew Parsons.
Rebecca - who has five-year-old daughter Summer with her ex-husband Harry Needs - wrote on Instagram: "Welcome to the world Albie Bennett Parsons
4.3.21 (sic)"
The pair were inundated with congratulatory messages from several stars.
Former 'Coronation Street' actress Catherine Tyldesley wrote: "Oh darling!!! He’s so beautiful! Congratulations (sic)"
'EastEnders' actress Louisa Lytton posted: "So perfect"
The 32-year-old star - who won two gold medals at the 2008 Olympics and two bronze medals at London 2012 - announced in September she was expecting her second child.

The former 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!' star has been living with both Andy and her ex Harry, as well as his friend and fellow swimmer Michael Gunning, during the first lockdown.
Harry and Rebecca split in 2016 after 18 months of marriage, but they are on good terms and he came out as bisexual last year.
He previously said: "This is a question I've avoided everyday of my life so far, mainly because I strongly dislike labels despite not knowing a solution to avoid them.
"But if I had to answer I would people that I've always been bisexual."
