Ola Jordan has been booted off 'I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here!'
The 34-year-old professional dancer - who is known for her fancy footwork on 'Strictly Come Dancing' - has been the third contestant to leave the ITV show, and has admitted her time on the series has been an "emotional roller coaster".
Speaking to Ant and Dec on the programme, she said: "Do you know what it's amazing. It's been an amazing thing.
"It's been an emotional roller coaster.
"Yeah, I loved it. I truly loved every minute of the experience."
Although the blonde beauty has admitted she thought she could happily do every task when she has previously watched the show, she has revealed "everything" in the jungle was "not as easy" as it looks, and has found being away from her husband James Jordan the hardest thing.
She continued: "I've always loved the show, and I always thought 'I could do this', but it's not as easy.
"Just being away from everything, not having your phone, being away from everyone ... drinking the water, which we had to boil. You're living on rice and beans, it's hard. You deal with it. You're in there and you have to deal with it."
However, the star feels "very lucky" she was accompanied by a "nice bunch of people", including Carol Vorderman, Scarlett Moffatt and Sam Quek, which made her experience more enjoyable.
Speaking of her fellow camp mates, Ola said: "That's the thing that's made the experience even better. The 12 of us got on really well. I suppose Carol really was my mate. Real girl squad.
"They're just so nice, all the girls.
"I think we have been very lucky. We bonded really quickly.. Everyone's been really nice. A nice bunch of people together. Then the other two came in [Martin Roberts and Danny Baker] and stirred a bit. But then they acclimatised and that was fine.
"I think that was the hardest thing was splitting us, as we really got on well. It was a bit strange not being with them and competing with them."
Although Ola has left the competition, she has revealed parts of the show will stay with her, as she can still "taste" the fish guts days after the trial.
She said: "That fish gut is the worst thing ever, I can still taste it."
Meanwhile, Ola has revealed she is backing the former 'Countdown' co-host to be crowned this year's Queen of the jungle.
When asked who she would like to see crowned champion, she said: "Carol."
