James Jordan has thanked "thousands" of fans for their support after he and his family were left homeless.
The former ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ pro and his wife Ola, 40 - who also performed on the BBC One Latin and ballroom competition - and their two-year-old daughter Ella were facing having nowhere to live, because their new home isn’t ready, but they have “finally found somewhere” after their temporary accommodation fell through.
Speaking in an Instagram video, the 44-year-old dancer said: "Hi guys, I hope you're well. I haven't been on here for a little while. As many of you are aware, we are currently trying to move home.
"We didn't have anywhere to go because the rental property we were gonna move into didn't work out for several reasons. We have now finally found somewhere else.
"But I wanted to come on here just to say thank you so much. I must have had thousands upon thousands of messages from amazing people out there offering their help, offering for us to come and live with them from Ireland, Scotland everywhere, which is really, really nice.
"And I just wanted to come on here to say thank you very much."
The former 'Dancing on Ice' contestant laughed about how some people were “happy" to take in his wife but not him and his daughter.
He said: "And there were even the odd guys saying that they were happy to take Ola but unfortunately didn't have space for myself and Ella."
The two dancers' little one could be seen in the background eating her breakfast before Ola appeared holding a trophy from their time on the BBC One show, and she joked about chucking it out.
James quipped: "No, that's my trophy. You chucked your 'Strictly' trophy."
