Luisa Bradshaw-White has joined the cast of 'EastEnders'.
The 'Holby City' actress has landed a role as Shirley Carter's wicked younger sister Tina, who is set to cause trouble among the Walford residents this autumn when she makes her grand entrance on the BBC One soap.
Troublemaker Tina - who will first appear in November - has been billed as "cheeky, full of energy, loud and brash" and is expected to lead Shirley (Linda Henry) astray with her "very, very naughty" ways.
Luisa said: "I am so excited to be joining 'EastEnders' to play Tina as she is such a brilliant character to play.
"Linda is an amazing person to work with and the energy between Shirley and Tina is explosive!"
The long-running programme's producer Dominic Treadwell-Collins teased the arrival of the new character on Wednesday (18.09.13), sharing a photo of a navy puffa jacket on Twitter, with the name 'Tina' emblazed on the back in red letter.
Fans were spot on with their guesses, with one excitedly responding: "Shirley with a sister? OMG, look out Walford!!!!! (sic)"
Another posted: "Surprised she hasn't arrived before now as she is Zsa Zsa's mum! of course, it could be a different Tina, I'm just guessing! (sic)"
It will not be the first time Luisa and Linda have starred opposite each other after they appeared in 'Bad Girls' together in 1999.
Luisa portrayed prison officer Lorna Rose, while Linda was no-nonsense inmate Yvonne Atkins.
Luisa, 37, is best known for playing Lisa Fox on 'Holby City' until 2005, but has also appeared on 'This Life' and 'Homefront'.
