'Love Island' is recruiting new bombshells from international versions of the show.
The ITV dating series is currently filming in South Africa with new host Maya Jama who has taken over from Laura Whitmore for the winter instalment - and now it's been revealed the villa will be shaken up by two international new additions who have previously appeared on the show in other countries.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "The two new international recruits are essentially professional bombshells and won’t just shake up the villa - they’ll blow it apart. Both of them bed-hopped, bonked and had blistering rows on their seasons of 'Love Island'. And neither has a shred of British restraint about them."
The publication added the pair are going to cause "serious drama" and will make for "explosive telly" - just like they did in their previous stints on 'Love Island'.
There have been no details given on which show the pair will have previously appeared on out of 25 international versions of 'Love Island' which air around the globe in countries including the US and Australia.
The UK show previously tore up the bombshell rule book last summer when previous contestant Adam Collard was welcomed back into the villa. However, the decision to bring him back drew criticism from domestic abuse charity Women’s Aid over previous accusations he gaslighted love interest Rosie Williams during his previous stint on the show in 2018.
They said in a statement: "Love Island is watched by many young people and we know what a huge influence it has. Producers must make sure there is support for contestants throughout, and intervene if relationships become unhealthy or abusive."
‘Love Island’ airs tonight at 9pm on Virgin Media Two and Virgin Media Player in Ireland and ITV2 in the UK.
