Lauren Goodger won't return to 'The Only Way is Essex' on a permanent basis.
The 29-year-old star, who was back on the ITVBe show over the festive period for the Christmas special, is adamant she'll never join the programme full-time, but was disappointed to miss out on starring in a documentary about 'TOWIE'.
She explained: "I wouldn't want to go back full-time. I was asked to take part in a 'TOWIE'-style documentary about the impact the show's had on Essex, but I couldn't make the filming dates, which was a shame. I've also been in talks to do something else around the show. Watch this space."
Lauren also admitted it's "about time" Jess Wright quit after the brunette beauty bowed out of the show earlier this month.
Writing in her new! magazine column, she said: "So Jess Wright has quit 'TOWIE'. About time! She's been in it from the start and it does take over your life, so I don't blame her for moving on. I love 'TOWIE' as it's where I came from. And it's still so popular, but I can understand the original cast feeling the need to move on. I had three years away from the show before I did my cameo last Christmas."
