Lauren Goodger thinks Mario Falcone quit 'The Only Way Is Essex' because he "needs his own space".
The 28-year-old star - who quit the ITVBe show in 2012 - has revealed she supports her former co-star's decision to move on.
She exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I think people are going to move on. I think that's what happens and there's only so much you can do on a show like that. It's repeating history and it is difficult and sometimes people need their own space so fair play to him and fair play to people that want to move on."
Mario - who was suspended from the show for promoting diet pills earlier this year - announced he was leaving 'TOWIE' after four years last week.
He wrote on Twitter: "I can confirm I have left #TOWIE. Thank you for having me @OnlyWayIsEssex for having me!! And thank you to the fans (sic)."
Lauren - who was previously engaged to Mark Wright - also admitted she no longer talks to her former co-stars.
She said: "Lydia [Bright] I don't speak to, no, and [James] Arg [Argent] I've known for years, but they're more like work colleagues you know? Like when you just bump into people that you used to work with.
"I bumped into Lydia a few weeks ago and she was saying that I'm going to have to come over. A few of the girls message me every now and then ... It's just like seeing old work friends really, which is quite nice."
Lauren and her boyfriend Jake McClean have teamed up with Foxy Bingo for the release of their new chocolate body paint Fur Afters.
