The BBC Radio 1 DJ thought he had only managed to bag 11 out of the possible 12 stars when he took part in Trapped Door, but on counting his stars at the end of the trial, it was revealed he had 12 in his bag. He had originally quipped the toads had "eaten the last star" when he failed to find it in the chamber.

Host Dec Donnelly said: "That's like putting on your jeans and finding a fiver."

And Jordan quipped back: "More like a tenner!"

The radio presenter was naturally thrilled with his performance and was excited to tell his campmates that he had managed to secure the full quota of stars during his trial.

Speaking to camera after the end of the trial, he said: "I cannot believe I got 12 stars. I'm chuffed to bits. I can't wait to go back to the camp and tell the guys ... I'm absolutely buzzing. Let me tell you. There's no better feeling coming back to camp on your own and telling all your campmates you got 12 stars. Their reaction was better than what I imagined. I'm elated. I'm so happy."

And his fellow campmates were pleased to see Jordan so confident.

Speaking about Jordan's triumph, Vernon Kay said: "He's come back with 12 stars but most importantly of all he came back a completely different person."

Whilst Jessica Plummer added: "We're just so proud of him. Forget the food, it's not about the food. Jordan, vomit off the side of a cliff edge Jordan, got a full house all by himself. It's incredible."

Elsewhere, newbies Ruthie Hensall and Russell Watson bagged all of the campmate's luxury items by playing three pranks on the other 10 campmates.

It was also revealed that Sir Mo Farah would be taking on the next trial, Fort Locks.
