Joe Wicks feels "lost and confused" without his daily PE lessons.
The 33-year-old fitness guru became the nation's PE teacher during the coronavirus lockdown with his daily home workouts, called 'PE With Joe', on his YouTube channel, but they came to an end when the school holidays began in July.
Speaking on his Instagram Story, he said: "I'm half way through my workout, I can't explain how much better I feel emotionally and mentally. I've been having a flat few days. I was thinking about P.E. with Joe and the whole impact of what that was doing.
"I had so much purpose.
"I was driven and focused and I knew what I was doing - making people feel good. That's when I'm at my happiest. Now that's gone I feel confused and lost, but I know I'm going to regain my energy and get myself into a positive mindset."
The classes proved incredibly popular with more than a million viewers per session at their peak.
The Body Coach brought his sessions to an end last month after raising more than £580,000 for the NHS.
He hosted his final class on July 22 as he was joined by his model wife Rosie Jones and their children Indie and Marley for the last instalment.
As they danced and jumped around to the song 'From Now On', from 'The Greatest Showman' movie, Joe and Rosie let off numerous party poppers, and he admitted he will be back with more online classes at some point.
