Jeremy Edwards admits his recent stint on 'Hollyoaks Later' didn't "stretch" him much as an actor.
The 42-year-old star reprised his role as Kurt Benson - who was killed in a jet ski accident on 'Hollyoaks' - for the Channel 4 soap's spin-off show, and while he loved revisiting his character, who appeared as a figment of Tony Hutchinson's (Nick Pickard) imagination, he didn't feel that challenged by the part.
He exclusively told FemaleFirst: "For me I'm very static. I'm very straight and sort of cool. I just speak very clearly and very slowly and give advice. It wasn't the greatest stretch as an actor "That said you have to be in the moment."
Jeremy particularly enjoyed being back on set alongside the likes of Nick - who he starred opposite on 'Hollyoaks' from 1995 to 1999 - and admits the pair couldn't stop laughing on set in between filming.
He added: "We laughed constantly off set. All we do is laugh. The only time we don't stop laughing is when they say 'action,' otherwise the rest of the time we just muck about.
"We're like kids. It's ridiculous!
"You do feel a bit older being back on the show but that's OK. That happens to all of us, there's not a lot you can do about that."
