Jennie McAlpine is expecting her second child.
The 'Coronation Street' star - who plays Fiz on the ITV soap - took to social media on Sunday (15.04.18) to announce she is expecting another baby with her husband Chris Farr.
She wrote on Twitter: "We've got a bit of news. Pur baby boy is going to be a big brother later this year. We can't wait to meet you precious one x ...
"Thanks for all your lovely messages. Obviously my baby brain is in full force again. Our baby boy. Not pur. Sorry to people who got confused it was about the cat x (sic)"
Jennie recently enjoyed a stint in the 'I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out of Here' jungle and she admitted she missed her family the most of all.
The actress - who has three-year-old son Albert - added: "I have been away from Albert four nights I think, that's it. Just one time in his whole life. So to do three weeks, it was just ... I can't wait to see him. I can't wait to see him. We had such a treat seeing [our loved ones]."
And Jennie feels motherhood has changed her priorities and she admits she struggles to find the "right balance" between her family life and her job.
She said: "I love my job and I love Albert and in an ideal world, I'd have both all the time. I don't think you ever feel you're getting the right balance."
