Jane Danson has been eliminated from 'Dancing on Ice'.
The 40-year-old actress - who is best-known for playing Leanne Battersby in 'Coronation Street' - and former England cricket star Ryan Sidebottom were the two acts voted off the show, after the judges opted to save pop star Melody Thornton instead.
Following her elimination from the ITV programme, Jane said: "Thank you so much for this wonderful opportunity. I wish I could have stayed but I think the right people have gone through.
"It's just been the best experience of my life."
Ryan, 41, was similarly gracious in defeat, saying the experience had been "really cool".
The retired sports star also revealed he plans to continue skating, despite his exit from the programme.
Meanwhile, Ryan previously admitted 'Dancing on Ice' was the "hardest thing" he's ever done.
He said: "Make no mistake, it's definitely the hardest thing I've ever done but it's been so much fun and I've had such wonderful support from the public with many lovely messages on Twitter and Instagram."
He also revealed that his skating-related fan had surpassed anything he'd previously experienced.
Ryan shared: "It's weird, you get known for playing cricket but now it seems like 'Dancing On Ice' is more important and it's quite hard to get my head around. People have been so kind and supportive and it means a lot.
"Skating is really difficult but I'm really enjoying the ride and am just trying to give it my best."
