Jane Danson's dog has been her "saviour" amid the coronavirus lockdown.
The 42-year-old actress - who plays Leanne Battersby in the ITV soap - has revealed she's been spending time with her beloved pooch and going on "endless walks" during the lockdown to help cure her boredom.
She shared: "I've got a dog and that's been my saviour. I go out for endless walks.
"I've not seen my mum for two months but I feel a bit guilty moaning about it because other people have gone through horrendous things and sadly lost people. Work has helped me too. It's been a distraction."
The soap star has also been watching lots of TV amid the lockdown.
Jane admitted that watching TV is actually her favourite way to unwind.
She told Metro newspaper: "My passion is TV. I love settling down in front of a good show with my family.
"I just binged-watched 'Bridgerton', which was extra special because Phoebe, the daughter of Sally Dynevor, was the lead. And I've just finished 'It's A Sin', which blew me away."
Jane - who first joined 'Coronation Street' in 1997 - is determined to travel a bit more when coronavirus restrictions are lifted.
The actress is particularly keen to head Down Under to visit her sister in Australia, where she's lived for more than a decade.
She explained: "I really want to travel more. Now we can't and that highlights how much we take things for granted.
"I've only been to see my sister in Australia once. She's been out there for 11 years, which is a huge part of both of our lives."
