The former 'EastEnders' star has admitted she is yet to start January "with a bang" like some others, but she is determined to put that right this week.

Speaking on her Instagram Stories, she said: "I need to start working out and eating better.

"I know it's January and everyone starts January with a bang but I literally have done 0 and it's getting to me now. Tomorrow I have to sort it out, even if it's just something little."

Jacqueline - who played Lauren Branning on the BBC One soap - is planning to do a 15-minute workout on Monday (11.01.21) to kick start her January exercise, and is planning to "smash homeschooling".

Speaking in another Story, she added: "Lockdown is hard and you have to be honest.

"And if I'm not honest with you guys, you always know that something's up ...

"Monday I'm going to come with some energy. I'm going to try and do a tiny workout of like 15 minutes. I'm not going to push myself.

"I'm going to do a walk. I'm going to smash homeschooling, and I'm going to eat healthy. Who's with me?"

Last year, Jacqueline admitted she turned to therapy during lockdown to work through her marriage issues.

The soap star - who has kids Ella, five, and two-year-old Mia with husband Dan Osborne - said: "It felt like everybody wanted to watch me fall apart.

"I kept it in for a while, but then over lockdown it was a really good time and place for Daniel and I to go through everything - an opportunity for us to talk through it all. For me, this meant turning to therapy.

"And because of that, I couldn’t be in the same house as Dan. There was no big argument or bust-up, and there were no other girls. Moving out was literally how I had to deal with it.

"It was like when you wake up after a bad dream about someone - you need some space. That’s what it was like with therapy."
