The former 'EastEnders' actress is just weeks away from giving birth to her second child but she has admitted the first and second trimester were really hard and she couldn't have "go through them" without the help and guidance of her midwife.

Speaking about her pregnancy as she got behind Pampers #ThankYouMidwife campaign, she said: "It's been a much more difficult pregnancy this time and I don't think I could have got through those early days without the help and guidance of my midwife. I love the idea of Pampers helping the country to say 'thank you' and show their appreciation to such a deserving group of men and women."

The 25-year-old star - who already has daughter Ella, three, with husband Dan Osborne and is stepmother to his four-year-old son Teddy - has also found it hard to stick to a healthy diet throughout her pregnancy and has been gorging on McDonald's.

She said recently: "I feel like pregnancy suits me and I feel so comfortable and good about myself when I have a bump. Daniel always makes me feel really confident and I embrace my pregnancy body - bumps are really cute.

"I'm doing nothing but eating McDonald's. And I'm definitely not doing any exercise, but then again, I am very active day to day, I'm never sitting down."

Although she's just weeks away from giving birth, the brunette beauty is still yet to organise the baby's nursery.

She said: "We've been disorganised to say the least.

"We've not started decorating the nursery but I think it's like that with your second - you just think, 'If the baby arrives, it arrives. We'll make it work.'

"At this point when I was pregnant with Ella, I had my hospital bag packed and ready. It's the complete opposite now."
