The TV star was best known for appearing on the hit Channel 4 series 'Gogglebox' alongside her son Stephen, 52, but died over the weekend after a long illness.

On Monday (29.01.24) evening, Stephen wrote on Instagram: "Mummy Pat, you were one in a million, took everyone at face value, would share your last fiver with a stranger, the salt of the earth and the absolute centre of our world! Rest in peace mum."

Several famous faces were quick to send their love to Stephen after seeing his post, with fellow 'Gogglebox' star Izzi Warner noting that Pat was "one of a kind" and Joe Baggs saying he was "sorry" to hear about his loss.

Joe's mother Lisa Baggs also sent her well-wishes to Stephen and his husband Daniel.

She said: "Oh Stephen I’m so sorry ! Your mum was so funny when you were both on Gogglebox, sending you ,Daniel and your family so much love."

'Dancing on Ice' contestant Adele Roberts wrote: "Oh Stephen, I’m so sorry for your loss. Thinking of you and your family" and former 'Drag Race' star Baga Chipz also sent her condolences.

The team at 'Gogglebox' were also quick to pay their own tribute to Pat, as they reminded fans that the family need their privacy at this sad time.

A statement read: "We are deeply saddened to announce that Gogglebox star Mummy Pat Webb passed away this weekend at the age of 75 after a long illness.

"Pat was a much loved cast member on the show from series 10 -12 alongside her son Stephen.

"Mummy Pat will be remembered and missed by her children Stephen, Denise, Sharon, Beverley and the extended family.

Our thoughts are with the family who have requested privacy at this sad time."
