Fred Sirieix and Emma Willis are re-teaming to host a second season of 'The World Cook'.
The pair are back to host a brand-new five-part second series of the culinary competition in which 16 contenders - including both professional chefs and passionate amateur cooks from around the world - go head-to-head in a knock-out contest in a bid to win the title and a grand prize.
Fred said: "Get ready for pulse-pounding showdowns, extraordinary culinary talents, and a sensory feast like never before. Season two of 'The World Cook' is turning up the heat in the culinary world.
"The standard of cooking has truly blown me away – this is the cream of the crop. It's the Olympics of cooking competitions, and in the end, only one can emerge victorious."
Emma added: "I'm so so happy to be back hosting 'The World Cook' season two. This season promises to be a seriously fierce competition, with global cuisines, and heart-stopping moments. It’s a delicious gastronomic journey that will leave viewers hungry for more!"
The competitors will be judged by twice-Michelin-starred chef, Atul Kochhar, and 'The Great British Bake-Off' runner-up, Crystelle Pereir.
The show is sponsored by holiday company TUI and the winner will have a restaurant at one of the company's hotels named in their honour, while they will also get the chance to create a tasting menu for the eaterie.
The series starts in the UK but also heads to destinations including Turkey, Croatia and Greece before the grande finale in Thailand.
The show returns on Saturday March 16 with all episodes being made available to watch.
