Brooke Kinsella gave birth to her baby daughter three weeks early.
The former 'EastEnders' actress - who played Kelly Taylor on the BBC soap between 2001 and 2004 - and her husband Simon Boardley welcomed baby Elsie last month, and shared the news on social media.
Alongside a sweet snap of her daughter cuddled up with a teddy bear, Brooke wrote on Instagram: "And then there was you...
"Elsie Rose Georgia Boardley. Stole our hearts immediately and forever at 1.07am on 22.09.2020".
The former soap star - who married Simon in 2007 - posted another photo three weeks later, and revealed their baby was premature.
She said: "Crazy to think you were only due to come into the world today little one..."
Brooke also heaped praise on her husband after they had to deal with welcoming their first child into the world during the coronavirus pandemic, which meant he wasn't able to be by her side.
She added: "Feeling so very lucky to have this guy... Best husband and daddy there ever was.
"Sending love to all the women who have to do some of what is the toughest and most overwhelming experience you could ever go through on their own but also to all the dads who are kept away from their partners and new babies and feel so worried and helpless.
"Covid has caused many problems and much heartbreak across the world but this is one issue I really hope changes very soon."
This week, Brooke celebrated one month since giving birth, and described the past few weeks as "chaos and magic".
Alongside a snap of Elsie with a rabbit soft toy, she wrote: "One whole month of utter chaos and magic. Thanks for choosing us Elsie."
