Doctor Who and the Daleks will tour arenas.
'The Doctor Who Symphonic Spectacular' will celebrate the music from the popular series, highlighting beautiful work by the show's BAFTA winning composer, Murray Gold with the help of the BBC National Orchestra of Wales and members of the BBC National Chorus of Wales.
The show will also include music from the BBC One sci-fi show's 50th anniversary episode, 'The Day of the Doctor', which was aired in November 2013.
A cast of 100 actors and singers will support the live music, alongside a couple of well-known characters from the series. The Doctor will be joined on stage by his arch-nemesis, the Daleks along with plenty of Cybermen and the scary suited Silence.
The arena tour starts in May 2015, starting in London's SSE Arena at Wembley on May 23, then at Cardiff's Motorpoint Arena (May 25), Birmingham's National Indoor Arena (May 26), the First Direct Arena in Leeds (May 27), Newcastle's Metro Radio Arena (May 28) and then finishing at the SSE Hydro in Glasgow on May 29.
Tickets for 'The Doctor Who Symphonic Spectacular' are available from Friday, August 1.
