The 'Doctor Who' series finale will see the titular Time Lord battle an entire army of Cybermen.
Showrunner Chris Chibnall has promised the two-part spectacular will be "one of the most epic" stories that has ever been told on the show, with the storyline coming after an episode last month saw John Barrowman's Captain Jack Harkness warn the Doctor (Jodie Whittaker) to "beware the lone Cyberman".
Chris teased to the Daily Mirror newspaper: "It's probably one of the most epic space opera stories we've done.
"It's a big, big, Cyberman story, that last two-parter. There are a lot of Cyberman coming in this series.
"It might start with one Cyberman, but you'll see a lot
"It's as epic and emotional as the opening two-parter. I know it takes place across a big distance from space, there's fantastic spaceships, there's Cybermen."
Julie Graham - who previously played Ruby in spin-off show 'The Sarah-Jane Adventures' - will appear in the finale as an "all-action hero" and was thrilled to land the new role.
She said: "I've always been a huge fan, so I felt like a kid in a sweet shop."
Ahead of the finale, Chris has promised next week's episode of the show - which is set on the night Mary Shelley wrote 'Frankenstein' - will be "spooky"
He said: "It's a proper haunted house ghost story."
The Cybermen last appeared in 'Doctor Who's series 10 finale in 2017, an episode which also saw John Simm make a surprise return as The Master and reveal he orchestrated the original creation of the sinister robots years earlier.
