'Deal Or No Deal On Tour' is set to film its final shows in the "most ambitious" places ever attempted on a television show.
Noel Edmonds - who hosted the game show when it first aired in 2005 - is set to bring the programme's 11-year run to a close with an unforgettable farewell tour, which will see contestants compete for the £250,000 jackpot inside the Eden Project, on a Boeing 737 aeroplane and underground in Wookey Hole cave, as well as other unusual locations.
Speaking about the Channel 4 shows finale to Digital Spy, the 67-year-old television presenter said: "These shows are some of the most ambitious ever attempted on television - the sky has quite literally been the limit for this incredibly special series."
And Noel - who has boasted a longstanding career spanning over 40 years presenting light entertainment TV programmes - has revealed it was an "honour" for him to meet fans of the channel whilst he was filming, which also saw him travel to Manchester's Trafford Centre, the Flying Scotsman train, and the Great Hall at Longleat House in Bath.
He explained: "It has been an absolute joy and honour to meet Deal's loyal fans whilst out on the road at this hugely exciting time and I can't wait for our loyal audience to see them on screen."
However, the unknown person behind The Banker has admitted his favourite part in the show is watching contestants' hopes for winning the top prize "crushed".
The Banker - who calls Noel on the famous red telephone on the show to tease the gamers with alternative cash prizes - quipped: "I'd thought I'd have a little fun sending Noel all over the place. He needs the exercise at his age. And as it's Christmas I thought I'd do what I love most - watching people's dreams being crushed.
"Though I could be softened up with a little sherry and a mince pie."
'Deal Or No Deal On Tour' will air on Channel 4 in December.
