Catherine Tyldesley says 'Coronation Street' is "always in [her] heart" a year after filming her final scene.
The 35-year-old star - whose character Eva Price was last seen on screen in August 2018 - still feels "so grateful" to the ITV soap, which she starred on for seven years, 12 months after her departure.
She wrote on Instagram: "It's been a year since my last scene on #Corrie ... and what a year it's been! So grateful. On this day - big love to my Corrie fam! #alwaysinmyheart @coronationstreet (sic)"
Catherine shared a short clip of the moment the cameras stopped rolling after her last scene.
She couldn't hold back the years as the crew and her fellow cast members gave her a round of applause in June 2018.
Alison King (Carla Connor) and Sam Robertson (Adam Barlow) were among the 'Corrie' stars who gave her a congratulatory peck on the cheek following the scene.
Last July, Catherine admitted she found it tough filming such emotionally-charged scenes leading up to her exit.
She told BANG Showbiz: "It is tiring, because obviously you have to go there to make it believable, so your nervous system doesn't necessarily understand that you're only pretending, so it is tiring, but I think you've just got to look after yourself and try and laugh as much in between.
"Shayne Ward (Aidan Connor) was always good for that."
Since departing 'Corrie', Catherine has starred in Channel 5 crime series '15 Days' and joined the cast of BBC sitcom 'Scarborough'.
