The 'Great British Bake Off' winner may have been the first to get to boot from the skating competition three weeks ago, but she can't stay away from the show as she's turning up at the arena with delicious homemade goodies for her former competitors.

Perri Shakes-Drayton - who was axed from the programme last weekend - explained to The Sun newspaper: "Candice kept coming back and giving us all cakes.

"She's still part of the family. I think she missed us."

And, although her skating didn't manage to impress the viewers or the judges, the 33-year-old former teacher is hoping that she'll be asked back to take part in the tour.

Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, Candice's partner Matt Evers said: "We're still going to skate because she's back for the final and fingers crossed for the tour too. I mean, I don't want to speak for her but she loves it. She caught the skating bug."

Candice added: "I loved every second of it because it's an amazing TV show but I loved spending time with Matt.

"We're going to skate because it's a great form of exercise. I really enjoy it as well."

Candice's lines were heavily praised by judges Jason Gardiner and Ashley Banjo - who come from a dance background - and she has admitted she wouldn't turn down the chance to do rival show 'Strictly Come Dancing' if it came her way.

She said: "I mean, I've got no idea what sort of opportunities that will come my way because I have no expectations because I didn't expect any of this but if I get the opportunity and it's something I believe in - like with 'Dancing on Ice' - then I take it, I run with it and I give it my all. I love a challenge and I do everything with a smile on my face."
