Amy Nuttall has reportedly split from Andrew Buchanan again.
The 41-year-old actress split from 'Broadchurch' actor Andrew, 44, earlier this year after just over a decade of marriage when he was allegedly unfaithful with Leila Farzad but took him back on the condition that he stuck to a list of seven rules.
The seven rules demanded that Andrew have "no contact" with his 'Better' co-star Leila, 41, and instead take Amy on a date "every seven days" as well as take her on a weekend away "every seven weeks" but insiders have now claimed that she has called the whole thing off once again after he failed to stick to the list.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "It took a lot for Amy to give the marriage another chance but she thought it was worth one final roll of the dice. There is no suggestion he has cheated again, but as far as she is concerned this is it.
The former 'Emmerdale' star - who also demanded access to Andrew's phone at all times and insisted he FaceTime her whenever he was away - is said to be "gutted" that her marriage has ended after almost 12 years but has "accepted" the situation.
The source added:"She is obviously gutted but also accepts that their time together has come to an end."
Earlier this year, Amy - who has a daughter and a son with Andrew - was said to have asked for a divorce because the "pain" of Andrew's alleged affair had been "unbearable" for her.
A source said at the time: "She’s told him she wants a divorce. She’s been publicly humiliated and the pain has been unbearable. Now she’s decided to take back control again and plan her own future. She’s going down the legal route and will get everything she’s entitled to.”
