Artem Chigvintsev has shed one-and-a-half stone during his time on Strictly Come Dancing this year.
Despite being a professional dancer on the BBC ballroom show, he has noticed weight drop off him over the past few months and puts it down to working even harder than usual with his celebrity dancing partner, former 'Coronation Street' actress Natalie Gumede.
He told BANG Showbiz: "I've lost about a stone-and-a-half from the beginning of the show.
"The first few years were quite similar but in the past two I have noticed a difference with my weight.
"I think it's down to the hard work we do every single day, I actually don't have time to go to the gym. That's what it is."
Natalie joked: "I think we're stuck together with sticky back plastic by now."
The brunette stunner has also noticed a difference in her body due to the show's demanding training regime but she is not sure how long it will last when the show comes to an end.
She added: "I've toned up, I haven't lost weight. I'd say all my clothes still fit exactly the same but I've noticed the difference in my tone, which is nice.
"I'm not sure how long I'll hold on to it but I'll enjoy it for the next couple of weeks while it holds on for a little while longer."
The 29-year-old star has been favourite to win the show's Glitterball Trophy for the majority of the competition but now finds herself fourth favourite behind fellow competitors, Abbey Clancy, Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Susanna Reid, who is currently favourite win tomorrow night's (21.12.13) final.
