Andy Whyment is to be gifted freebies from Asda.
The 38-year-old soap star finished second in this year's 'I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!' and upon leaving the jungle he vowed to go back to his normal life, which includes doing his weekly shop at Asda, and as a result the supermarket chain look set to drop off a special hamper for him filled with some of the little luxuries he missed when he was Down Under.
A spokesman told The Sun Online: "We loved watching Andy in the jungle. He missed out on the chance to get a roast dinner in camp, so we've made sure he gets one when he touches down in the UK after a long flight over from Australia. And of course he'll need to wash it down with a few good cups of tea."
The 'Coronation Street' star - who plays Kirk Sutherland on the ITV soap - has also been invited for a behind-the-scenes tour of his local store in Manchester.
They added: "We hope Andy enjoys his special treat and look forward to seeing him in his local Asda - he's welcome to have a behind-the-scenes tour of the store any time."
Andy came within inches of taking the crown from winner Jacqueline Jossa on the ITV reality show.
But he wasn't disheartened by the result, saying: "Jac is an amazing woman and I hope she gets everything she deserves in life, because she's amazing.
"I'm so chuffed for her, you know what I mean? We had a mad experience in there, it was something I'll never ever forget."
