Gok’s Fashion Fix returns this summer as the stylish survival guide to looking great on a budget. Gok will reveal how to shop for less by choosing just 24 key pieces to make you feel fresh and fabulous.
Gok continues his mission to banish the nation’s wardrobe disasters and put Britain’s small towns on the fashion map. He’ll be travelling the length and breadth of the UK to seek out those towns that fashion has forgotten.
Hundreds of women across the country will turn out en mass carrying their worst fashion faux pas. Too tight, too big, too small, too worn, the town’s closets of shame will be on display for the world to see. Armed with his tool bag of haberdashery, Gok will perform mini makeovers on as many people as possible. However, only one lucky person from each town will be chosen by Gok to receive the mother of all makeovers.
In a new twist to the series, we’ll be challenging our makeover candidates to ‘dress dangerously’ for a week. By daring them to re-discover their sexier side and gain a little confidence back, our makeover ladies will be ready to embrace their brand new clothes.

Fashion buyer Brix Smith-Start (co founder of Start Boutique) and Gok will reunite as they go head to head in a fashion face off. Its high end versus the high street as Gok strives to prove you don’t need to spend a fortune to look fantastic. Gok faces an even tougher challenge with the catwalk set right in the heart the Capital’s fashion industry. Votes will be cast not only by Gok’s faithful followers but the front row will be filled with the most discerning fashionistas in town. Can Gok win the votes of the public and the fashion industry experts? Or will Brix’s designer collection have the winning edge?
This series, Brix will also be stepping out of her comfort zone and taking to the road to discover how her fashion favourites are made. From this season’s trench coat to futuristic fantasies, Brix will see how these huge summer trends are produced right here in the UK.
Plus, a new group of Fashion Friends of all shapes and sizes put fashion through its paces. Big boobs, bums or tums, each week a group of larger than life lovelies will put the latest fashions to the test.
