The 9th and final day of the Royal Tour saw the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge take part in the world famous Calgary Stampede Parade.
The Royal couple arrived in full western dress, including Calgary White Hats and signalled the start to the parade by pressing the ceremonial red button.
They shared the colour, drama and excitement of the Calgary Stampede Parade with an estimated 450,000 spectators in attendance.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge then proceeded to their Official departure from Canada ceremony. Prince William was inspected by the Guard of Honour and Duchess met Canadian War Veterans.
The Royal Couple then left Canada on a Canadian Forces Challenger Jet , taking with them memories of a 9 day tour that took them through Ottawa, the province of Quebec, Prince Edward Island, the Northwest Territories and western culture rich Alberta.
