A host of famous faces have designed their own fashion T-shirts as part of Tommy’s Mother’s Day campaign.
Kirsty Gallacher, Natasha Hamilton, Donna Air and Sarah Beeney have all got creative for the baby charity, which celebrates modern motherhood, by designing some T-shirts for the occasion.
The exclusive T-shirts will be stocked at George at Asda this Mother's Day, with proceeds going directly to Tommy’s.
Donna Air commented on the campaign: "I have supported Tommy’s for a long time and I’m absolutely thrilled to be involved with such a terrific project.
"We really need people’s support to help Tommy’s continue their vital research which gives hope to so many families."
Tommy’s exists to save babies’ lives. Right now in the UK, 1 in 4 women will lose a baby during pregnancy or birth.
Tommy's has three research centres in the UK devoted to finding the causes of miscarriage, premature birth and stillbirth, making it one of the biggest maternal and fetal research teams in the world.
TV presenter, Kirsty Gallacher added: "When I was pregnant with Oscar I was constantly craving as much information as I could get.
"Knowing that Tommy’s midwives are there to talk women through any questions they have, and sometimes even give information that could save a baby’s life, is just amazing. I’m proud to be helping them give every baby the best chance of being born healthy."
Tommy’s range of celebrity T-shirts start from £6, with £1 from each sold going to the charity. The collection will be available exclusively in George at ASDA stores from 9th March 2009.
