Natasha Hamilton shot to fame as part of Atomic Kitten, but now her focus has shifted from singing to parenting.
She is backing a national child-safety campaign that offers parents and carers FREE 2-hour first-aid courses.
The campaign, formed by Tesco Baby & Toddler Club in association with The Royal Life Saving Society (RLSS UK), aims to help train parents and carers as an independent study indicates six out of 10 parents would not know what to do in an emergency.
From November 2008 to March 2009, 10 BabySafe courses will be held nationwide.
Watch this video to hear why Natasha is supporting the campaign and for some top tips on what to do if your child chokes or stops breathing.
