Save The Children have released a brand new video from BAFTA and Cannes-Lion-winning agency Don't Panic, showing it's not too late to believe in superheroes.
Creative Director of Don't Panic, Richard Beer explained: "Just surviving every day as a child in some of the world's poorest places requires almost superhuman effort. Save The Children are doing everything they can, but the world needs more superheroes who are willing to fight for these children's lives. We hope this video will be their call to action."
The short film follows documentary makers who are investigating the multiple sightings in the third world of 'masked figures'.
Following these mysterious benefactors, they're determined to be the first to capture evidence of their work on camera, and travel across the globe - from Mexico, to Kenya, to India - to hear stories from young boys and girls who have been saved by the elusive stars.
Filming real children in their real-life settings, we see some of those who are supported by Save The Children's international work.
The release of the film comes alongside the launch of Save The Children's annual global campaign, 'Race for Survival', and just before the UN International Day for the Eradication of Poverty on Friday, October 17.
In over 50 countries, thousands of children are to take part in organised running races in a bid to amplify the voices of millions of children living in the world's most unforgiving environments.
