Calvin Harris – Flashback
Calvin Harris is clearly one of the most successful men in the music industry at the moment, but comparing this release to his previous singles, it sounds as though he’s forcing the sound a bit now.
The track itself is quite similar to his older stuff, but there’s nothing really special about. It’s almost as though you are waiting for something to happen, but it never does, and it kind of lets the track down.
Saying that, we would definitely dance to in on a night out, and there’s no denying that it’s guaranteed you will hear it in Ibiza or in a club somewhere, in fact, just listening to it now is making us want to go on holiday.
In all it’s not as great as his other singles, but it could be a grower, and it’s probably going to be on in a lot of girls rooms when they are getting ready for a night out. And if it was on in a club then you cant help but move to it.
