'All of My Life' is the new single from emerging singer songwriter Sam Gray, and with it comes a brand new video. Filmed in part, in the Lake District earlier this month, the promo film encapsulates perfectly the beauty of the song.
The single, which will be available from 19 February on digital download also includes two B-sides - an acoustic version of 'All of My Life (The Cajon Sessions)' and brand new song 'Rust On Your Crown (The Cajon Sessions)'.
Since the success of Radio 2 play-listed debut single 'Cartwheel Queen' Sam has had a busy few months clocking up the miles all over the UK as support artist on full tours with Charlie Simpson, East 17 and David Ford as well as more shows with artists as varied as Westlife and The King Blues.
The talented singer/songwriter also spent last October as special guest on the sold-out Overtones UK tour, playing at prestigious venues including the London Palladium and performing to some 40,000 people.
His album Brighter Day has been a regular feature in the Top 10 singer/songwriter albums on iTunes and his fan base continues to grow each day thanks to strong nationwide radio support.
November and December saw Sam finish the year as the featured artist for Caffe Nero throughout its 500 UK shops. As part of this he played a huge number of intimate shows in Caffe Nero locations across the country.
The high street coffee shop chain has always had a strong in-store music policy supporting artists through in store promo and shop tours and Sam’s tour, comprising more than 70 shows, is by far the biggest ever undertaken.
Brighter Day is a finely crafted piece of work, full of soaring melodies and life affirming lyrics. With additional production and mixing by the legendary Lynch Mob aka Brendan Lynch and Max Heyes , who together have powered and sprinkled their magic on artists such as Paul Weller , Ocean Colour Scene and Primal Scream.
As a songwriter, too, Sam is fast gaining a reputation for crafting hit songs for other artists to record with hits to his name already in Holland (Ben Saunders), Taiwan (Show Luo) and China (Shang Wen Jie) as well as co-writing the upcoming album by Hollyoaks TV star Abi Phillips and numerous TV synchronisations and cues.
